Chinese New Year 初一

A must have for the husband's heritage on 初一, 떡국 ttok guk rice cake soup with egg and seaweed shred.
I am using carrot fed chicken's egg, that explained the color of the yoke, supposed to be more healthy and contains vitamin A.

the rice cake itself yes, i saw it before in ntuc
